SHIPPING
  1. Orders will be shipped as quickly as possible, but usually within three days of order.
  2. For international customers, we have partnered with a company to act as our international shipping and clearing agent. As such, the price you pay should reflect all taxes, fees, and duties you will be required to pay.
  3. Tracking information is sent to you once the order has been packed and ready for shipment. If you do not receive tracking information within three days, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue.
  4. Please ensure you provide your complete and correct address. USPS and UPS have a bad habit of refusing to deliver to addresses they deem incorrect or incomplete. We recently had an issue with UPS refusing to deliver to a customer because the customer did not provide their apartment number and, apparently, UPS did not want to deliver to the main office. We have no control over UPS' decision to deliver (or not deliver) any particular package, and while we can file a claim on your behalf, this will not solve the problem of you not having your order.
  5. We are a small, family owned and operated business, and we understand shipping costs can be expensive. We have no control over what shippers charge for their services, and we make no money on such costs. We are doing everything we can to negotiate lower rates and offer free shipping when we can, but please understand we, just as much as you, want the cheapest shipping prices possible.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

  1. All international sales are final and are not returnable.
  2. All products shipped to a domestic (i.e., within the United States) address, with the exception of customized items and fabric, are eligible for returns and/or cancellations. If you wish to make a return because, for example, you purchase a Slidelock and decide you cannot stand its awesomeness, your return must be received by us within 14 days of delivery to you to be eligible for a refund. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they are in the same condition they were sent to you (i.e., still brand new).
  3. If you wish to cancel an order you have placed, you must cancel the order before it has been shipped to receive a full refund upon cancellation. If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, you will receive a refund once we receive the item back, but in no case will a refund be given if the item(s) is not received by us within 14 days of delivery to you.
  4. All returns must be sent to: Sew Be It Quilts, 27120 Fulshear Bend Drive, Suite 900-83, Fulshear, TX 77441. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
